Clarissa’s initial experience in the blockchain industry, specifically combating counterfeit medicines in developing countries, opened her eyes to the transformative power of technology in healthcare, emphasising that it must be accessible, relevant, and tailored to the specific needs of patients and healthcare providers. This experience was instrumental in shaping her understanding of the adaptability required in leadership, particularly in diverse cultural settings.
