This entails teaching your staff about artificial intelligence (AI), its principles, and the various applications it can have in your business. Organising interactive workshops, like “AI Demystified” webinars, might assist in simplifying difficult ideas. Make common sense comparisons, such as equating AI data processing to the human brain’s capacity for fast analysis and response to novel information. This makes it easier for staff members to relate to and comprehend AI’s possibilities.
